Tylenol (Paracetamol/Acetaminophen) is safer than Aspirin in this patient as the Aspirin has more tendency to increase the effect of oral anticoagulants and may lead to serious bleeding. Aspirin may also cause gastric erosions which may increase the possibility of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients using oral anticoagulants.
